We have also squashed a bunch of bug and improved the performance of Sprout.

Enrolment Records! Save time, see more, stay compliant. 🤩

• Sprout’s enrolment records ensure services stay compliant by aligning with the national regulations and managing children’s records from the day they are registered until the day they leave the service.
• Sprout automatically follows up with parents when new or updated information is required, saving service’s valuable time and ensuring records remain up to date.
• Parents can easily access and update their children’s enrolment records at any time through Sprout to instantly provide services with all the most up to date information.
• Children’s profiles allow educators to quickly access information about the children at their service, from cultural backgrounds to emergency information, helping them provide amazing and personalised education and care experiences.

This update also contains various bug fixes and performance enhancements.

What’s new?

• Staff documentation management: You say you’re good? Prove it! Providers can now set mandatory qualifications for team members based on their roles. You will now be notified on the today screen if any of your qualifications are missing or out of date. 
• New Today Screen: We like to look pretty and so does Sprout! Today and incident forms now have a new cleaner look that allows you to see and do more. 
• Title and service updates: People change. You can now edit the roles of team members from the Team Page. Services change too! Service details can now be added or edited from the Service Page.
• Incident form: You can now select which parents incident forms are to be sent to and view the history of notifications associated with an incident.
• Various performance improvements and bug fixes.

Bug fixes

• We noticed that some users were unable to see their checklists on the Today screen. While it was like nirvana not seeing all that work we needed to do, we thought we might bring them back so you can get to work.
• Viewing children and their parents were formatted a bit funnily. We dusted, polished and cleaned this up.
• Some of our users were unable to view each other's profiles, even from within a service. Even we believe we may have taken privacy a bit too far on that one, so we have restored it to how you would expect it.

What's New

• Learn and Grow: Answer a daily question about the NQF and view your team’s performance across the Quality Areas
• Incidents, Injuries and Illnesses: You can now easily lodge incidents, injuries and illnesses reports directly inside of Sprout. Once reports are reviewed and approved inside of Sprout, they are automatically sent to the carer of the relevant children
• Team page: You are now able to view open invites and removed team members directly from the teams page
• New and improved checklist and task screens showing you more of what you want to see

Bug fixes

• Notifications: Low priority emails have been stopped when email notifications are off
• Roles are no longer appearing in duplicate in the navigation bar
• Accepting Invites: New users should now have no problem accepting your invitation to join your service on Sprout
