When you have signed up to Sprout, any Admins will be able to add, update and remove other team members from Sprout.
How does Onboarding work?
Once you sign up to Sprout, you will be assigned an Onboarding Manager. Our Onboarding and Customer Success Managers are all ex-Centre Managers with deep experience in childcare/ early education settings. Your Onboarding Manager will work with you to create a customised plan for your services to ensure that you are set up and ready to go.
How is pricing calculated?
Our plans are charged per service and on a monthly basis. If you are a Provider with three services on Sprout, you will be charged 3 x $99 = $297 per month.
Are discounts available for annual plans?

What other discounts do you have available?
We have discounts available for the following classes of service:
- Family Day Care Services - Outside School Hours Care Services - Small Centre Based Services (< 40 licensed places) - Not for Profits

What happens when I change plans?
If you are on a monthly plan, you can change plans at any time. To do so, contact your Customer Success Manager. When you change plans, your bills will be pro-rated from the date of change.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes. Contact your Customer Success Manager who can support you in changing your details.
